Help! I’m going to my final year before college and I’m currently going a VERY rigorous course that often causes me to experience "burn outs" I just can’t digest so much information which the course requires you to. I also don’t have very good memory and I get tired easily. I am hardworking but often I just cannot remember the things I’ve learnt! I also find it hard to concentrate on studying several subjects at a time because whenever i shift my focus to something else i forget what i’ve learnt for another.

I’ve heard of supplements which help to improve productivity - are they safe and effective?

Another things is that I used to have MUCH BETTER memory. Is it stress that made me become more forgetful?
